Crystal® was started in 1995 to offer a fair, honest and decent service to customers wanting replacement windows and doors.
From small beginnings in Rainham Essex, the company and its new approach to business and customer service began to thrive and expansion was brisk.
After many years of dedication and hard work, Crystal® has become one of the longest standing and most trusted Home Improvement brands in the South East of England.
The Company is jointly owned by its management who provide day to day "hands-on" leadership to our approach of "continuous improvement" in term of products and service. All of our management have years of experience in our industry.
We are currently one of the largest privately owned Home Improvement companies and employers in the South East of England.
Our strong foundations come from: good management, attention to detail, unrivalled customer services and solid financial health, which has been maintained throughout the life of the company.

He done all the measurements gave me a price good price within a week they where fitting in my porch and can only say its the best thing I've done since lock down I have a smile on my face every time I come down my stairs Work men clean up all these mess. Had front door and frame fitted. From the free sales consultant who came to our house in the evening as this suited us to mark and Ben Binding who fitted the door .excellent service . Mark and Ben have a fantastic work ethic friendly nice to chat to , they made feel like I had friends in my house. 10 out of 10 for them . The door was fitted to a high specification. I would defo use crystals again in a heart beat

Great service. Polite prompt. Tidied up after themselves and windows are great quality. So why do I have to haggle over the price? This is so old school and the original price I was given was really expensive . Eventually we got down to a reasonable price admittedly a pretend phone call was made and lots of reply on the calculator. Not happy at all with the sales process and the actual work was great. They should be proud if their product and behave honestly around the pricing

Right from the start Crystal Windows were great to deal with. Friendly, efficient and professional. The person who came to give us a quote was great, explaining the products, installation process and pricing very clearly. It only took a week from the quote to installation. The windows are a high quality product, as is the cladding we had done on our garden shed. All work was done to a high standard and the workers were courteous and cleaned up after the work. Communication and punctuality was great at all times. Highly recommend this company!
