Crystal® was started in 1995 to offer a fair, honest and decent service to customers wanting replacement windows and doors.
From small beginnings in Rainham Essex, the company and its new approach to business and customer service began to thrive and expansion was brisk.
After many years of dedication and hard work, Crystal® has become one of the longest standing and most trusted Home Improvement brands in the South East of England.
The Company is jointly owned by its management who provide day to day "hands-on" leadership to our approach of "continuous improvement" in term of products and service. All of our management have years of experience in our industry.
We are currently one of the largest privately owned Home Improvement companies and employers in the South East of England.
Our strong foundations come from: good management, attention to detail, unrivalled customer services and solid financial health, which has been maintained throughout the life of the company.
